The change from POY to DTY is a physical change process, which is realized on the stretching deformable machine. The silk route sequence of the stretching deformable machine is as follows: POY wire drum → (prenetwork) → the first stretch roller → the first hot box → cooling plate → false-twist device → (tension detection system) → the second stretch roller → the main network device → (auxiliary stretch roller) → the second hot box → the third stretch roller → oil filling system → winding system After feeding from the first drawing roller (feeding roller), the raw wire is stretched by the second drawing roller and twisted by the twisting action transferred from the false twister, and then enters the first heat box. Under the action of tensile force, false-twist force and heat, the strips underwent tensile deformation and thermal setting. When the filament comes out of the second stretch roller, the stretching deformation process is completed, and the fiber has certain strength, elongation and fluffiness. In order to reduce the internal stress of the strip, the high elastic wire from the second stretch roller is fed into the second hot box for supplementary heat shaping. Due to a certain speed difference (overfeeding) between the second stretch roller and the third stretch roller, the filament is slightly relaxed in the second hot box. Therefore, the filament is essentially provided with heat shaping to eliminate the internal stress of the fiber and promote the unorientation of part of the molecular chain with high energy, so as to achieve the purpose of stable fiber structure. After the filament enters the first hot box, when the filament temperature reaches 90 ~ 100℃, the tensile stress decreases obviously, and the filament draws.
